The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time is the time from ordering to shipping. It takes time to prepare for shipping from the warehouse. This includes preparing items, performing quality checks, and packaging for shipping. It usually takes 5-7 days.
Shipping time is the time duration from when the order is shipped to when it’s delivered. It usually lasts around 30-40 days.
Delayed shipment:
Please contact our carrier and customer service to investigate. If an exception is confirmed (i.e. the parcel is lost) or the delay is longer than the shipping time duration, we are responsible for shipping or refunding depending on your preference.
order tracking:
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number and carrier. Simply visit your carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
